Shipping Information
Thank you for visiting and shopping at AbbyKate HOME. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time
Order processing time depends on the items in the order. Most items are produced in 3-5 days, but highly customized pillows may take up to 3 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. 

Depending on world/country events, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We gladly ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship Internationally to Canada and Europe.

Refunds and Returns 
  • We do not accept returns on personalized items. 
  • Returns for non-personalized items: Let customers know what they need to do for you to accept a return. You can return your non-personalized items within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in brand new, not used condition. 
  • Return shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed on non-personalized items within 5 days of receipt and inspection at our office. Refunds will be issued onto the original payment method used for the purchase.
